SEAMOSS
Seamoss ist eine essbare Meeresalge, auch als Rotalge oder Knorpeltang bekannt. Sie kommt in Küstenregionen vor und wird seit Jahrhunderten als Nährstoff und Heilmittel und inzwischen auch in der Lebensmittel- und Kosmetikindustrie sowie in Medikamenten verwendet.
Du kannst sie in einer Vielzahl von Farben finden. Am gängigsten sind Gold und Violett, dies hängt von der Trocknung ab.

Seamoss is an edible seaweed, also known as dulse or kelp. Found in coastal regions, it has been used for centuries as a nutrient and medicinal product, and is now used in the food, cosmetics and medicine industries.
You can find them in a variety of colors. The most common are gold and violet, depending on the drying process.

- Reinige das Seamoss gründlich.
- Weiche es über Nacht in Quellwasser ein. Um den Meeresgeschmack zu neutralisieren kannst du Limetten hinzufügen.
- Das Seamoss ist jetzt aufgeweicht und hat sich deutlich vergrößert.
- Lass es abtropfen und püriere es mit frischem Quellwasser im Mixer. (das mit Seamoss angereicherte Wasser kannst Du als Blumendünger verwenden)
- Fülle das pürierte Gel in ein sauberes luftdichtes Gefäß und stelle es in den Kühlschrank. Durch die Kälte wird die Konsistenz des Gels noch fester.

- Drain and puree with fresh spring water in a blender. (You can use the water enriched with Seamoss as flower fertilizer)
- Pour the pureed gel into a clean airtight container and place in the fridge. Due to the cold, the consistency of the gel becomes even firmer.
Seamoss besitzt einen natürlich hohen Jodgehalt.
Was für die einen eine gute Quelle ist um einem Defizit vorzubeugen, ist für Personen mit einer Schilddrüsenerkrankung mit Vorsicht zu geniesen. Hierfür sollte man seinen Arzt um Rat fragen.
Auch bei gleichzeitiger Einnahme von verschreibungspflichtigen Medikamenten sollte man mit seinem Arzt Rücksprache halten.

Das Seamoss Gel wird für dich vor dem Versand frisch zubereitet und vorgefroren. Nach Erhalt sollte es sofort gekühlt werden und ist dann ungeöffnet mindestens 3 Wochen haltbar.
